Ash tray replacement with cell phone storage slot - flock lined in black.
This storage tray has been designed to fit directly in place of the original ash tray with no modification. It takes advantage of the wasted space beneath the original tray giving you great storage capacity.
Finished in black flock, the tray includes an integrated phone storage slot is 84mm x 14.5mm wide and 62mm deep which should accommodate most models of smart phone up to and including the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
When you remove your original ash tray you will see a large part of the wiring loom runs beneath it, you will need to manipulate this to one side and ensure it is out of the way before installing this replacement or it will not sit flush in the hole.
Whilst the design has incorporated additional 10mm clearance below, it is worth checking that your centre console hasn't sagged over time as this may impede installation, this unit is 60mm deep from the beneath the top lip to the base. (there is usually around 70mm of clearance under the console).
