Overview

Complete kit for either overhauling your air conditioning refrigerant system and/or converting it to R134A, using our easy-to-install split hoses. This kit contains all of the items you would normally want to replace at the same time, and every part of the refrigerant system other than the separately available condenser and evaporator core. All items are compatible with both R134A and R12 (and replacement gasses).

The pre-filled quantities are everything in the pictures. Don't need to replace all of this? That's ok - change the quantities of the items you don't need to "0" before pressing "add to cart".

Of the many versions of these items the factory used, this is the later version of the system, so in most cases it is required to replace the 110525 hose, 110527 adapter, 110120 dryer and 106918 valve all at the same time to ensure compatibility - those items are all in this kit.

All parts are also sold separately - please see individual pages for more information - simply change the quantities of the items you don't need to "0" before pressing "add to cart". Some items have other versions available elsewhere on the website.

(1) 100748 Compressor to Condenser split hose suitable for use with R134A refrigerant. Supplied as two halves, rather than the original single hose - allows installation without separating the car body from the frame
(1) 100750 Compressor to Dryer Split hose - as above
(1) 110525 Condenser to Evaporator Hose - this hose is only compatible if you already have or order the 110527 adapter on the condenser
(1) 109122 Orifice Tube (goes in the evaporator)
(1) 110527 Adapter for switches which relocated the high pressure switch and pressure relief valve to the bottom of the condenser. You must purchase this if your car doesn't currently have one. This might also involve replacing the high pressure switch harness with the longer version - 110526 (below)
(1) 106917 High Pressure Switch
(1) 106918 Pressure Relief Valve
(1) 110120 Dryer (must always be replaced when changing any a/c part). Has an extra port that isn't used, but is left blank
(1) 100744 Adjustable Low Pressure Switch. Pre-set for R12, or turn the centre screw back (anti-clockwise) 1 full turn for use with R134A
(1) SP10015 / (2) SP10031 / (1) SP10024 Bolt/washers/nut for dryer clamp (stainless version also available)
(1) 100016 Pair of nozzle adapters to convert the R12 fittings on the hoses to R134A fittings. Requires removing the valve cores from the hoses before installing (these have their own valves)
(1) 111748T Valve core removal tool for above
(1) 100746 R134A compatible compressor - quieter 7 cylinder version, an improvement over the original, and with all-new parts. Direct fit with no swap of the back required. This mounts with the oil filler/drain on the side rather than the top. Comes with 180ml of PAG oil - either add another 60ml of PAG oil (which is preferable if replacing everything) or drain out and refill with 210ml of Ester oil if not replacing everything
