Exclusive to DeLorean Go, a PAIR of British made black anodised aluminium lower control arms / lower links. Made from a solid block of T6 heat treated 6082 aluminium billet (dual-certified as, but stronger than 6061) - complete with new D Europe lower ball joints, new 100154 rubber bushings and new high tensile longer 101341 shock bolts/SP10058 washers/SP10059 nuts. You cannot use normal 101341 shock bolts as these will be too short. It is important to make sure the shocks are tight in the arms to stop any lateral movement, and due to the various different sizes of spacer on the various types of shocks used you might want to consider the purchase of up to 4 additional SP10058 washers (might not be needed), or you can re-use your old outer washers if needed (which you will have spare anyway). These have removable spring cups, should you wish to use a custom suspension set-up (e.g. coilovers) - and are compatible with the 105177PP lower arm support braces and all known original and aftermarket shocks or coilovers sold for the DeLorean, past and present. Most importantly though these are the only available replacement arms that use all of the original hardware, ball joint sizes and bushings, ensuring a lifetime of support and replacement parts.
Made in Britain in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 – they are made from aircraft grade aluminium by a company that specialises in aerospace parts. The black anodising not only improves the appearance, but also helps to protect against corrosion and wear.
Please note that there are a few very minor handling marks on these (minor scratches and chips), as a press is used after the adonising process to press in the bushing and ball joint.
Tried and tested. Complete with an industry-leading lifetime guarantee against the arms themselves breaking, on condition they have been fitted correctly, and in an OEM configuration, and only used in the manner intended (e.g. not for towing), and you haven't hit something (doesn't include the bushing or ball joint, which are both guaranteed for 1 year).
