We hope you love shopping with us. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Further details about shipping are available on the delivery page.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (GMT). Orders you place with DeLorean Go late on Friday or on Saturday will not be dispatched until Monday. All orders are dispatched on the same business day with UK addresses receiving items within 1-3 working days, international customers usually within 3-14 days. Further details on delivery options and timings are available during the checkout process.
When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, other than those countries where we include and pay these on your behalf or are not relevant (most EU countries, the U.K., U.S.A., and also certain high value items sent to other countries - clearly marked and included in the price), we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, in all cases you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. In some countries, and in some cases, the carrier acts as the importer of record on your behalf.
Returns, Replacements, Warranty
All items carry a 1 year warranty as a minimum, those with more specify this in their description (warranty covers the part only, not the labour of replacing the part).
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective items. Used items cannot be returned unless defective, but we are always interested in buying any used or unwanted parts, wherever you got them, if you are able to ship to us here in the UK.
Returned items should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee and/or deduction for our initial actual shipping costs to you will apply. Unless defective, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your original delivery.
To discuss a return please reply to any of the automated order/shipment emails you have previously received (check your junk folder if you can't see it).
Returning Items by Mail
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
Please allow 2 to 3 days for us to process your return.
