Flocked plastic glove box insert.
Newly made by DeLorean owner James, in the UK, this new glovebox fits as per OEM, featuring a flocked finish as per original, but stronger than the original and other reproductions.
As well as the cut-out for the original lamp, these boxes also have a 30mm cut-out on the left side which allows the end user to install a (NOT INCLUDED) surface mount twin USB charging port (or similar) so you can charge your device while hidden out of sight - picture shown as an example. If that's not for you then you can just clip the flocked cover in place - you'll notice a little fluffy dot in the photo, that's the USB blanking cap - and leave it as original.
