Overview
"Narrow cap" version of the window switch - works and fits the same as the correct width aftermarket wider cap versions, but with a narrower top cap, so looks a bit different from the top (the bottom is the same) but costs a lot less. These can be optionally made to be illuminated using a wiring jumper in the same way as the "normal" sized ones (see the separate listing for how to do that).
These can also be used to repair any aftermarket (correct width) window switch - just swap the top cap - but not originals.
Note that these switches (and all new window switches wherever you get them) are slightly longer than the originals, so in some cases you will need to push some of your wiring out of the way for these to seat correctly, and in some cases to correct a sag in the centre console (remove ash tray and pull up hard) - see also our 111177A stainless switch alignment plate which also solves this potential issue and helps to straighten all of your switches.
