Door Card Foam Repair Kit

A complete kit to restore the foam backing on both of your door cards. Over time the foam backing of the door cards deterioriate, and this kit enables you to easily replace that with new foam. See this guide for how to do it. The pictures above are of before and after using slightly thicker foam than this foam. Note that some cars use the "round top" type of fir tree clips and some use the screw-in "keyhole top" type of fir trees, so either select the correct type, or get both and have some spares (both types are used in many places on the car). All items are available separately.

Kit contains:
- 1500mm x 600mm piece of foam (more than enough to do both sides of one car
- Either a tin of contact adhesive or 2x40ml tubes (Please note the tin is not available outside of the UK - the tubes are)
- 2 paintbrushes to apply the glue
- 20 replacement "round top" fir trees (you will need 14, plus 6 spares) - some cars this type.
- 20 replacement "keyhole top" fir trees (you will need 14, plus 6 spares) - some cars this type.
- Optional fibreglass repair kit to repair holes in plastic door cards (not all door cards are plastic, and not all door cards will need repair)
