Forged Higher Compression Pistons and Liners KIT

Forged high compression pistons and liners KIT. Contains a complete set of 6 upgraded forged pistons (with a higher power Volvo-style 9.5:1 compression ratio for a small (approx. 20bhp at the wheels) horsepower increase over stock) with extra strong gudgeon pins, cylinder liners, shims and a complete set of piston rings. Designed to fit original DeLorean engines, these forged (NOT cast) pistons are stronger than original (and replacement) pistons, and will also work in any Volvo B28 or earlier Renault engines that used 91mm pistons - and will work great with both turbo systems and stock engines alike. They won't fit a Renault/Volvo 2.7 litre (B27) engine for example but do fit all original DeLorean engines and all early Volvo/Renault 2.8 litre engines.
These feature pockets which give you the option to use with fast cams if you wanted to (will support an extreme lift of up to 12mm and a opening time of 300 degrees if required) as well as working great with stock camshafts.

Plug and play like-for-like installation on all original DeLorean engines - no modifications required.
