Fuel System Copper Sealing Washer Kit

A complete set of copper washers / gaskets for the main fuelling system - adjust quantities for the ones you don't need.

3 x 106977 (fuel pump banjo x2, fuel pump check valve)
36 x 102344 (injector lines x24, primary pressure line x4, cold start valve line x4, control pressure line x2, frequency valve x2)
2 x 102352 (control pressure line x2)
7 x 102360 (frequency valve x1, return hose x2, supply hose x2, fuel filter x2)

It's sensible to have some spare washers too, since these should be replaced each time they are tightened, we'd suggest an extra 18x102344, 2x102352, 4x102360.

Remove 1 x 102360 and 2 x 102344 if you are using a Volvo fuel distributor (because you don't have a frequency valve)
