Newly made Craig radio display ribbon cable. A common cause of failure of the display on the craig radios, these high quality replacements have been made from modern materials with gold plated contacts.
These are deliberately slightly longer than the originals, which enables the cable to be routed in front of the hinge pin instead of behind it (as the originals were), which means the cable is bent less and less prone to wearing and folding, so will last much longer (this is often the point at which they fail).
The cable is soldered onto the back of the display, and is quite small, so needs someone with a bit of experience of soldering.
