Overview
Newly made in our legendary soft silicone rubber material, this is the luggage compartment seal that attaches to the underside of the front "hood" - suitable for all hood types. Attach with some black adhesive suitable for silicone - our silicone adhesive is highly recommended.
Made in Britain exclusively for DeLorean Go to our bespoke profile and requirements, this type of softer silicone rubber allows for the "give" required to correctly close the hood, whilst also offering an unrivalled sealing lifetime. We also stock outer door frame seals, top door seals and bottom door sill seals in this same material.
These seals are shipped coated in an anti-stick talc, which needs to be completely washed off before applying adhesive, otherwise it won't stick well at all. Other than the recommended product above, these can be stuck with many RTV silicone based sealant/adhesives (preferably in black).
